How to Order
At The Wrapping Company we aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We therefore accept orders by the following methods:

By Post: 7 Broomhall Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 4AP. Please download our order form fill in your order details and send with a cheque or postal order to the above address. Please note that cheques require 4 working days to clear.

By Fax: 0870 762 0362. Download a copy of our order form and fax it to us at your convenience, 24 hours a day.

By E-mail: orders@thewrappingco.com. Download a copy of our order form and e-mail it to us at your convenience, 24 hours a day.

Online: You can place your order here on our website 24 hours a day. To guide you through how to order online, we have set out below the steps which you need to follow to successfully place an order online.

Online Ordering

To order products using this website, simply follow these steps:

1. Browse the website using the main menu options (eg. For Her) and then choosing from the Sub-menus (eg. Wrapping Paper).
2. When you find a product you wish to purchase, either click on the product image or the product title in order to bring up the pop-up box.
3. The pop-up box will show you an enlarged image of your chosen product along with a description and pricing information. Within this pop-up box, to purchase an item you need to select the options you require (if applicable) and the quantity. Then click add to basket.
4. You will remain within your shopping page with a banner now showing at the top confirming the items you have now added to your basket. When you have finished your shopping, click on the Your Basket’ button at the top of the page.
5. You will now be taken to Your Basket’ where you should check that the basket contains the products you wish to buy and that the quantities are correct. Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, click in the Checkout’ button.
6. At the checkout page, ensure the product details are correct and fill in any required information fields and click Continue’.
7. You will now be taken to a new page where you should complete all required fields with your name and address etc. Then select a payment method and click on the Proceed’ button.
8. You will then be transferred to the payment page to complete your credit/debit card details.

All orders are transmitted on a secure server, so your credit card details cannot be seen or obtained by any unauthorised persons.

Payment Methods
Online payment can be made by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£). For card payments we will need the card number, the valid from date and the expiry date and the 3 digit security code on the reverse of your card. For Switch card payments we also need the Issue number in addition to those details listed above.

Alternatively, should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please send with your order to The Wrapping Company, 7 Broomhall Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 4AP. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques for orders placed online.
